So the weekend was messy and resulted in a broken rib or 2.

Actually wasn’t a result of any drunken antics for a change.

My team won their cup final on Sunday and thought it would be a good idea to all jump on me to celebrate.

Don’t think Iv’e been involved in an old fashioned pile on since my school days.

I now know why…

Actually heard my ribs pop, it’s either cracked or broke and extremely painful.

My first thoughts as soon as it happened?

Shit there goes my training for a few weeks :(

Not had much luck the last few months with illness and injuries and got me thinking…

If you can’t train then nutrition and recovery become even more important.

So many times when we are ill or injured we adopt the fuck it attitude.

We skip training, stay up late and eat the food that makes us feel like shit.

Is it any wonder that by the time we are ready to resume we feel like a total beginner again?

There is another way.

A better way to maintain your gains, keep your health and still feel good.

Very recently one of my awesome PT clients fractured her foot, in only her first month of training.

Her attitude was amazing, really focused on her nutrition and in only a few weeks back in the gym working around the injury.

She got her results today and has dropped over 5% body fat in 2 months with just 1 session each week and nutrition.

It has defo given me some inspiration for my journey ahead.

Sometimes knowing what to eat and when to eat it can be confusing.

There is so much conflicting information out there and not enough education.

Nearly everyone starts their journey wanting to know how to eat for weight loss.

What if you started eating to feel good?

Eating to give you energy?

To recover from your training?

While helping you to shed body fat, improve your health and look awesome naked?
