We (Reactive Training Ltd) collect Your Information (“your information” defined below) that you voluntarily provide to Reactive Training Ltd, for yourself or for a minor under the age of 18 for which you are the guardian when you subscribe to a membership, become a participant in a trial membership, when you access and use our Services (online and offline) and the website, place an order or fill out a form online. Reactive Training Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us.

When ordering or filling out a form or registering on our website or for our services, as appropriate, you may voluntarily provide to Reactive Training Ltd your information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information or other personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”).

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our website and may also apply to such information collected offline. By using our website or by filling out these forms, you consent to the privacy policy.

Location of data: your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United Kingdom or any other country where we have facilities, and by providing us with your information, for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance, you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of such information outside of your country. You are asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), this is a medical history form that is effectively a self-declaration by you that you feel reasonably fit enough to start an exercise routine or, are aware of issues and have spoken to your Doctor to check that it is alright for you to exercise. It is also the first point at which you highlight any physical/health issues that we need to be made aware of. This information is shared with any Reactive Training coaches who will be working with you. The information is stored securely electronically and is password protected.

We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Subscribers to our email newsletter have the right to opt out of our communication at any time. This can be done by e-mailing [email protected] or an unsubscribe link can be found at the bottom of every email you receive.

If at any point you believe the information we process on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted. For you and your Minor, if applicable, you hereby grant permission to Reactive Training Ltd, and its affiliates and Reactive Training Ltd employees, agents and representatives to photograph or video you or, if applicable, your Minor’s image, likeness, or depiction (together, the “Photos”). You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, hereby further grant permission to Reactive Training Ltd to edit, crop, or retouch such Photos, and you, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, waive any right to inspect or use or view such Photos. You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, hereby consent to and permit the Photos to be used by Reactive Training Ltd for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, including print and electronic publishing. You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, understand and agree that Reactive Training Ltd may use such Photos with or without associating names thereto. You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, agree to and do hereby waive any claim for compensation of any kind as a result of Reactive Training Ltd use or publication of Photos. You, for yourself and for your Minor, as applicable, hereby fully and forever discharge and release Reactive Training Ltd from any claim for damages of any kind arising out of the use or publication of any such Photos. You, for yourself and your Minor, if applicable, acknowledge and agree that the look and feel of the facilities, program names, training plans, nutrition plans, equipment names, trade dress, trademarks and phrases/slogans used at Reactive Training Ltd by its employees and agents or use on the Reactive Training Ltd website or materials are the intellectual property of Reactive Training Ltd. I, for myself and for my Minor, if applicable, acknowledge and agree that I or my Minor, as applicable, may not use or replicate the Reactive Training Ltd brand or identity in any matter without the express written consent of Reactive Training Ltd.
