So the World Cup has started with a bang, over 4 weeks of football.
Half the household glued to the TV and the other half bored to tears.
Love it or hate it, the World Cup is the biggest event in the World and this year it’s in Brazil.
I could easily talk about how when the football is on you could go walking etc.
But this is even more important it’s about making things happen.
What would you do if you won the Euromillions tonight?
I have always dreamed of going to a World Cup and of visiting Rio so when Brazil won the bid it seemed like a sign.
Just 1 catch it’s half way across the world, Scotland havent qualified and I WOULD NEED TO WIN THE LOTTERY TO AFFORD IT.
Ain’t it funny how we always think of winning the lottery to achieve our dreams!!!
First I’m gonna tell you a story about the Mexican fisherman ;)
An American high flying businessman was on holiday in a small coastal village in Mexico.
There was a small boat with just 1 fisherman docked, and inside several large tuna fish.
The American asks the fisherman how long it took to catch them?
“Only a little while” says the Mexican.
So why don’t you stay out longer and catch more fish?
The Mexican says he has enough to support his family’s needs.
The American then asks “What do you do with the rest of your time?”
“I sleep late, fish a little, play with my children, take siestas with my wife, stroll into the village each evening where I sip wine and play guitar with my amigos.”
The America scoffs “I am a Harvard MBA and could help you, you should spend more time fishing and with the proceeds buy a bigger boat…
With the proceeds from the bigger boat, you could buy several boats, eventually you would own a fleet of fishing boats.
Instead of selling your catch to a middleman you would sell directly to the processor, eventually opening your own cannery.
You would need to leave this small coastal village and move to Mexico City, then LA and eventually New York City, where you will run your empire.
The Mexican asked “But how long will this take?”
The American replied, “15-20 years”
“But then what?” Asked the Mexican.
The American laughed and said, “When the time is right you can float the company and sell the stock and become very rich, you would make millions!”
“MILLIONS – Then What?”
The American said, “Then you could retire, move to a small coastal fishing village where you would sleep late, fish a little, play with your kids, take siestas with your wife, stroll to the village in the evenings where you could sip wine and play guitar with your amigos”
Working and saving for retirement is over rated.
The only thing stopping you from your dreams is YOU.
That once in a lifetime trip to Rio for the World Cup is happening, Im off at the end of the month for the adventure of a lifetime.
You dont wake up 5 years from now and say to yourself remember when I paid off my credit card back in June 2014?
Ever wanted to drive a Ferrari?
Travel the world?
Take the kids to Disney World?
Sign up for a personal trainer? (hint hint)
Believe it or not it can be achieved, it doesn’t have to cost the earth.
Instead of asking how much does it cost?
Ask what will it cost me if I don’t do this!
Next email ill share how to get the Ferrari, the trip of a lifetime or anything else you want without a lottery win ;)
HOMEWORK is to write down 3 things you will do if you win the lottery tonight ;)
