Join a supportive community to help you kick start your fitness transformation with expert, friendly personal trainers in Glasgow.

We only take on 5 new members each month so we can work with you closely and deliver life-changing results. Most intakes start at the beginning of the month, email or message to check availability for the next intake.

Availability

Our 6 week challenge consists of up to x3 in person strength sessions at Reactive Training Gym and up to x3 conditioning sessions – we recommend to aim for 3-4 combined sessions each week!

These are our current fixed session times:

06:00 Mon / Wed / Thu – 5 spots avasilable

07:00 Mon / Wed / Thu – 5 spots available

10:00 Mon / Wed / Thu – message for waitlist

16:30 Mon / Wed / Thu – 3 spots available

17:30 Mon / Wed / Thu – message for waitlist

18:30 Mon / Wed / Thu – message for waitlist

19:30 Mon / Wed / Thu – 4 spots available

All sessions also include flexibible condition sessions from:

Tues – 06:00 / 07:00 / 17:30 / 18:30

Fri – 19:00 – Boxing

Sat – 09:00 / 10:00
