Absolutely! We offer One-to-One Training Programmes where the sessions will be tailored to your own specific needs and goals. But we also know that training with a friend or family member can make the experience more fun! Why not train together for that Special Occasion.

No, unfortunately Reactive Training doesn’t offer a PAYG option. We want to work with people who are committed to making long-term health and lifestyle changes. We believe that to see results you need to attend Reactive Training regularly and a PAYG option doesn’t guarantee this.

You might not want to after you join us at Reactive Training! Our Group Training Sessions are tough and they are designed to push you to your max, so you certainly won’t need to attend other classes to achieve results. However, everybody is different and as long as you’re listening to your body, getting enough rest and having enough recovery time between your sessions you can still do the other things you enjoy too. We are happy to advise you on this during the Free Consultation.

Firstly, the coaches at Reactive Training will carry out an Induction with you to make sure that you are working safely. We have also supported some of our existing members to work around an injury whilst continuing to offer nutritional support.

At Reactive Training we have a partnership with KM Woods Physiotherapists and we hold an in-house surgery at the Reactive Studio every 6 weeks.

Everybody is different so your results will depend on you! We will discuss your aims with you when you first book a Free Consultation and at your induction we will explain how you can best maximise your results. Some of our existing members have shared their experiences and Success Stories including dropping dress sizes, losing body fat, losing inches and feeling fitter and healthier.

The simple answer – No! At Reactive Training we believe that the first step is to get to know the basics about nutrition. Our view is that this is one of the most important things you’ll ever learn, as it will set you up with a great foundation from which to build. Dieting and depriving yourself doesn’t work in the long-term and we never want to set anyone up to fail.

We have worked with clients who have a range of illnesses and conditions. Everyone is different though and we are happy to advise our members on a case-by-case basis during the Free Consultation.

Before anyone joins Reactive Training, we will always carry out an Induction and ask you to fill out an in-depth Health Questionnaire. We will always discuss any existing health conditions and any concerns you have. If needed we will ask you to seek approval from your GP before continuing.

Sessions last either 45mins or 1hour. You should wear whatever makes you comfortable for exercise and clothes that enable you to move freely and easily – shorts/jogging trousers/leggings and t-shirt/vest are all fine. Flat shoes are best so no need to rush out and invest in expensive new trainers, we do a lot of our work in bare feet. And don’t forget your water!!

At Reactive Training, we don’t run “Fitness Classes” in the traditional, mainstream sense. We offer Group Coaching sessions on movement, nutrition and lifestyle that are education based and specific to each person in the Group. Each member works on their own programme within a group environment supported by our expert Reactive coaches.

The Free Consultation gives you the opportunity to have an informal chat with one of our Trainers. We find that this is the best way to get to know each other and to find out if we are a good fit to work together.

It is a chance to chat about YOU. Tell us about your training likes and dislikes, fill us in on your journey so far – what has worked for you before and why other things didn’t work. You get the chance to tell us your story and to discover if our 2 week Basic Training Programme is for you.

We don’t offer free passes to our sessions. Although what you can do is book a no obligation, Free Consultation, with one of the Reactive Training coaches before you book on to our 2 week Basic Training Programme.

There is no minimum level of fitness required but if you have a BMI over 40, we would recommend that the At Home Programme might be a better starting option for you. However, if you have some previous experience of training, we are happy to discuss your options with you during a Free Consultation.
